Parkinson's PWR! is designed to be a high intensity workout for people with Parkinson's Disease.
This class uses Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!) exercises to maximize function and minimize
the symptoms of PD. Caregivers are also welcome to take this class!

Limited to 10 people per class.
In-person at HouseFit Gym only.
Must be able to get on and off the floor by
yourself with or without a chair.
3, 6, or 12 month commitment.
