Small Group Training sessions will allow people to exercise at a higher intensity level. Due to the small size of the sessions, we will be able to offer more challenging activities and include more gym equipment. 

The Small Group Training Program includes a Free 30-minute Fitness Assessment to serve as a pre-test and establish your baseline. You will be retested every 3 months, so you can continue to monitor your progress.
