Strong is the class for you if you want your entire body to get stronger. We will use equipment to
work on strength, agility, and power to improve your body's ability to live your life with ease.
Limited to 10 people per class.
In-person at HouseFit Gym only.
Specialized classes focusing on Strength,
Flexibility and PWR! Moves.
Must be able to get on and off the floor by
yourself with or without a chair.
Flexible schedule Monday-Friday.
3, 6, or 12 month commitment.
