All group classes at HouseFit are taught by our Physical Therapy Team. 
This means we are able to modify the exercises to make them safe for you, but challenging enough to see improvements no matter what your current fitness level or health issues. We specialize in working with older adults to help them maximize their independence and fitness levels so they can continue to enjoy a full and active life. If you've been told by your physician that you need to exercise, but aren't sure what to do or where to start, our team at HouseFit can help you get started! 

Balance is the perfect class for anyone who has noticed they aren't as steady on their feet as they used to be and wants to work on improving their balance. This class is appropriate for all levels of balance. Our Therapy Team is able to modify the exercises to make them safe for you, but challenging enough to improve your balance.
