Calm will incorporate strategies and exercises from yoga, pilates, and meditation to improve your
flexibility, posture, joint mobility, and help you relieve stress.
Limited to 10 people per class.
In-person at HouseFit Gym only.
Must be able to get on and off the floor by
yourself with or without a chair.
